Your Guru

Remodeling Guru provides all our customers with a knowledgeable home improvements expert to guide them through their project now matter how big or small. We refer to these experts as remodeling Gurus and their job is to make sure your every question and concern is answered and solved to your satisfaction.

Once you decide to hire Remodeling Guru for your project, we begin the job by having a preconstruction meeting with you, our craftspeople, and your Guru. We make sure all parties are of equal understanding regarding work hours and project specifications.

At the preconstruction meeting you will be given your Guru's direct phone line and email so you can contact them when ever you need them. All questions and concerns pertaining to your project such as installation, products, or service should be directed to your Guru, and not the craftspeople that are physically working on the job.

To make sure your interests are protected the installation teams follow strict guidelines and specifications to make sure projects are completed properly. It is important that all changes and concerns be documented and handled properly. To do this your Guru acts as liaison between you and the actual installation.

Depending on the scope of your project your sales representative or installation project manager may be assigned the task of acting as your Guru and will take on all the responsibilities of customer/installation liaison.
